Exchanges or returns for refund are accepted on unwashed and uncut fabric within 48 hours of delivery to the customer. Please inspect all fabric upon arrival for any errors, flaws (other than those outlined in the policies), or other issues. Please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org if you need to request an exchange or refund.
Return postage will be provided in the event that the incorrect fabric was shipped, is found to be flawed greater than outlined in the policies, or was grossly misrepresented in the listing.
Please note that slight color variations can occur due to different display/monitor settings and such color discrepancies do not constitute a gross misrepresentation of the fabric.
Refunds will be issued within two business days of receiving the item back here, less any shipping charges incurred in the original sale.
