Store Policies

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Order processing time is 1-3 business days for in-stock fabric orders.  We strive to get all fabric orders processed and shipped within this timeframe, however please allow additional time for processing during sales and promotions when volume may be higher.

Orders are processed on a first come, first served basis, Monday thru Friday 10 am to 5 pm EST. There is no order processing or packing on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.

Orders will be placed on hold and shipped together if your order contains and pre-sale or pre-order fabrics with ready to ship fabrics.

FABRIC

All measurements and fabric details are listed in the description of each product including the width of the fabric and weight.  All fabric is printed as a continuous seamless repeat/yardage unless otherwise noted in the description.  Some fabrics are printed as a specialty panel, also known as a rapport, and will be described as such in the description when applicable.  All rapports will have the length/size listed. Rapports/panels are not sold as continuous yardage.  They are sold by the rapport only.

We try to accurately describe our fabrics as best as possible. Please note that colors may vary slightly due to differences in display/computer monitors. There are often differences in the digital rendition to the fabric in real life.  If you have any question regarding the scale or color of a fabric, please contact prior to purchasing.

All fabrics are stored in our shop/headquarters that is pet-free, smoke-free, and kid- friendly.

Rarely fabrics may have a slight imperfection including, bot not limited to, a smudge, color fleck, white fleck, tiny hole or blemish on the fabric or along the selvage.  We do try hard to find these flaws prior to cutting orders, however sometimes they are missed.  No refund or discount is given for these flaws that effect under 10% of the total area of fabric.

Per CPSIA compliance regulations, napped fabrics such as french terry and/or sweat knits, require flammability testing in order to be compliant for the use of manufacturing children's clothing or products.  Flammability testing has been performed on Alles Fuer Selbermacher GOTS production, Majapuu, and Pehemia.  Tests are currently being performed on Elevlyckan Design, Kapynen, and Swafing.  The flammability compliance certificates are available upon request by emailing jumpingjunetextiles@gmail.com.

INVENTORY

All inventory on the website should be considered accurate, however, glitches and/or errors do sometimes occur.  In the event that an item is oversold, contact will be attempted via email, or via private message on Facebook to discuss a resolution, refund, or replacement.

PAYMENT POLICIES

We accept PayPal and  credit cards.  If a payment is made via PayPal with an e-check, your order will not be shipped until the payment clears, generally within 3-5 business days.

SALES TAX

Sales tax will be automatically calculated and added to all orders in the state of Florida.  The tax rate will be determined by the state sales tax (6%) plus any applicable county surtax.
